Retention Ponds

* Many homeowners are not properly caring for the bank of their property- down to waters edge.  Many banks which are overgrown with vegetation and debris, which is very unsightly. The whole look of the ponds could be much better if owners maintained it.

* There is a lot of trash in many of the yards and in the street. Several storm drains (on the curb) had trash piled up- just waiting to be flushed into the ponds.

** Please pick up trash in the streets and in their yards before it gets into the ponds. And, maintain properties to the water’s edge.**

Please remember: Our contract with Lake Doctors includes the following services.  Trash removal is not part of the MONTHLY service. However, they do attempt to remove as much trash as possible each month.  Please keep trash in bins and help by keeping trash picked up. I’ll be posting a photo of removed trash, but, it’s up to us as a community to keep trash to a minimum.
