Three days prior to each BOD meeting the agenda will be posted giving everyone the opportunity to review. If anyone has an item he or she wants to have on the agenda, please submit to me and we will include your topic. At the meeting, you will be given the opportunity to address your topic. Please include your name and submit at least five days prior to the meeting to afford time to be included. If it is not I’ll add to the following meeting’s agenda.
